june 28th- july 5th

black lake week of June 28th- July 5th fishing
had a great time plenty of fish caught mostly on bass bait (3-5 inch shiners on a number 6 hook with a split shot about 8 inches up from the hook) purchased at the log cabins store! biggest fish was a 40 inch northern pike! biggest bass measured 22 inches a great time was had by all! also had good luck wacky rigging watermelon senko worms for the bass! great week be back again this Saturday with the family!!

The video was great. The young man sure looks like he one great time. Makes me think of when my son was that age.

Sounds like you had a great fishing trip. That is what it is all about - getting the younger people into our great sport. Your son is lucky - my Grandson does nothing but being on a computer laptop 24/7. Catch & Release!!
