Gas prices
Hi I'm staying at North Country Cottages this weekend for the first week of bass and was wondering if anyone was familiar with North Country specifically the gas situation for the boat. Can we bring our own gas or do they have their own gas that they make you buy? Thanks in advance

Re: Gas prices
If you're leaving the boat in the water you should be able to get gas at McLears dock which is not too far from North Country. It would be a long walk down hill to the dock at North Country carrying a can. You can gas the boat on the road in nearby Edwardsville also.
Give a starving man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

Anyone familiar with north country cottages? Heading up there this week and I'm trying to find out if they make you buy your gas from their site or if you can just bring your own gas

Re: Gas prices
I'm pretty certain if you don't rent a boat you are on your own with gas. I stay at North Country every year and gas up at Edwardsville before putting in and fill up at Mclears later in the week. Jerry does fill the rentals with fuel daily.
