talked to Richard at chapmans today said they were catching some crappie above Edwardsville where is he talking about is there a spot to get on there?

Probably talking about Black Lake Marine Bait Store. He is charging for access via his property there. I think $5/day and he has a season pass as well. Provides parking, portapotty and free coffe (when the store is open). There is no public access in the area.
