Is there legal access to Roll Away Bay and or Mile Arm Bay? Any parking?

Got out yesterday afternoon and found some ice What a change from a week ago. Most of the snow was gone - blown away, melted, flooded out, whatever - where there was no snow we found 10-12" of good ice. Had the wheeler on tracks out there. Felt good.
I'd stay away from areas with a lot of snow, pressure ridges and areas that look "yellow" - my experience is that yellow snow is an indication that lake water is on top of the ice. Not a good place to be.
Be careful and be safe.
