FISHCAP Meeting

I am interested in hearing what is proposed for Black Lake during the FISHCAP meeting this week. St. Lawrence County seems to have big plans and $320,000 to start with to promote the area as the fishing capital.
I'm still guiding in Florida and didn't plan leaving here until the 15th. So any comments from anyone attending would be appreciated....Thanks.
